What it does
Creates a cell reference as text, given a row and column number.
Syntax
ADDRESS(row_num, column_num, [abs_num], [a1], [sheet_text])
Arguments
row_num(number) β The row number to use.column_num(number) β The column number to use.abs_num(number) β Type of reference (1=Absolute, 4=Relative).

Create absolute reference
Get address for Row 2, Col 3.
