What it does
Returns a cell or range reference that is a specified number of rows/cols from a starting cell.
Syntax
OFFSET(reference, rows, cols, [height], [width])
Arguments
reference(reference) — Starting cell.rows(number) — Rows to move (down/up).cols(number) — Cols to move (right/left).
